on the way down, Jacob went a different direction than us. It took him a little longer and he ran most of the way so you can see he's really red faced.
the boy really needed a haircut! We hiked up to Gold and Silver Falls with our friends Donny and Lea and their girls. It took us awhile to find where we were going, but once we got there the hike and nature were great! Donny and Lea were dissapointed in the falls. I guess they are usually MUCH stronger, but it had been a pretty dry Spring and Summer so there wasn't a lot of water running. It was still fun to do and it was one more thing we loved about Oregon!

Dear Daughter, I seriously hope you get back to posting on here again! I know you are busy, but this was a great "Creative Outlet" for you!
