Madison knew that I just love the Hunger Games series and asked if she could start them. Boy was I super glad to find out that she too loves this series as well as Me, Chris, and Jacob did! This has totally been a buy series for our family. I started the trend(in our family) and told Chris that I just knew he'd enjoy it. It took him a day to read the first one and two days for the second. He liked them that much. I also told Jacob about it and thought he'd enjoy it as well. Well if you know Jacob, you know he HATES to read so I was super excited to have him come up to me and say...mom I NEED that second book now!! I don't think there is much that makes me happier than to walk into my kids rooms and see them reading for fun and not because they HAVE to. I highly suggest this series to anyone out there that has kiddo's that are reading at the Young Adult level.
